the hotel was in a marvellous location, not far from stores and convenience stores. enjoyed central heating, tv, and a refrigerator in the room. the staff were affable, thanks to them everything was brand-new.

Ideal and favourable location - in walking distance from the main station. Walking distance to a convenience store and convenience stores across the street. New-fashioned a single room with big bath and a great bathroom, for example. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

This place is in a great location near cafes and restaurants, and our room even had a bidet.

The location was brilliant, right next to Matsue JR Rail station, making it easy to explore Sakaiminato. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and a convenience store, making it convenient for dining options. The artificial onsen was a great feature, and the hotel also offered a breakfast buffet with a variety of food and drinks.

I recently stayed at the Green Rich Hotel Matsue Station Across and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is located right across from the station, making it extremely convenient for travelers like myself. I was impressed by the helpful and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to assist us. They even called another hotel to check if they found my friend's lost scarf! The big bath was also a highlight, offering a relaxing experience. Additionally, the hotel's stylish design, amenities, and blackout curtains added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay.

great location next to train station, surrounded by restaurants and convenience store. Clean room, quiet despite facing train station. Enjoyed breakfast buffet and public bath. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located across from the train station, with easy access to restaurants and a 25-minute walk to a nearby castle. It has stylish, sparkling rooms with amenities, blackout curtains, and the option to choose different pillows. The staff is excellent, offering helpful services like checking laundry availability and providing information on the onsen's busyness.

There is a noticeable smoking smell in the lobby and elevator areas, which can be off-putting.

The hotel had a sauna for all those spontaneous spa moments, and the 24-hour front desk was great for when I needed my midnight snack fix. Plus, the free WiFi was a lifesaver for my social media addiction.

Ah, yes, the delightful scent of smoke lingering in the air near the elevators. Nothing says "luxury" like a touch of second-hand smoke.
